The Philippines
The Philippines is an island nation unlike any other, boasting over 7,000 islands. Malaysia
Langkawi is an archipelago off the west coast of Malaysia that blends natural beauty with cultural heritage. When you’re not unwinding on picture-perfect beaches, you could be out exploring lush rainforests full of wildlife or riding on the Langkawi Sky Cable to see panoramic views.
If you want to veer off the tourist trail, go the Perhentian Islands. The turquoise waters here house magnificent coral reefs and diverse marine life, making it a top diving and snorkelling location. You can also reach Penang Island by getting a ferry from Langkawi. Key attractions

Indonesia
Indonesia’s vast island chain offers a kaleidoscope of experiences for island-hoppers and statistics show that there were approximately 335,209 UK visitors to Indonesia in 2023 alone. Bali is a must-visit. It’s best known for its rich cultural heritage, world-class surfing and impressive volcanic landscapes. You can do everything from trekking through rice paddies to witnessing ancient Hindu ceremonies in between relaxing on pristine beaches.
For those preferring somewhere a little quieter, head to the Raja Ampat archipelago, a remote paradise known for its amazing coral reefs. Meanwhile, the Gili Islands are a short boat ride from Lombok and offer a laid-back atmosphere.
