After what feels like years of trying to get my hair, skin and nails back to optimal health, I wanted to write a review of one of my favourite daily rituals. There’s been many changes that have contributed to my hair becoming longer and stronger with less breakage, (fellow blondes you will know the struggle) but one change in particular has been mind blowing. And that’s collagen. Now we all know the benefits of collagen but with so many on the market, finding a supplement that you want to take daily and enjoy taking is key. When I was asked to review Revive Collagen Advanced Plus I jumped at the chance because I was already a huge fan of their brand.
This isn’t the first time I’ve tried Revive Collagen but the Advanced Plus range is new to me. This one not only contains a larger dose of collagen per sachet but it also contains a powerful concoction of vitamins and anti-aging properties such as keratin and retinol. The box contains 14 sachets each containing 10,000 MG of Marine Collagen. Basically youth and energy in a sachet. Replacing the collagen that we start to lose naturally as we age can help skin look younger for longer.
Now, of course, the results of this product will be different for everyone but I have noticed that my skin looks fresher when I’m makeup-free at the gym or on the school run. I’m 39 now so my collagen levels will be very different to how they looked at 18 and I adore the extra anti-aging benefits that the Enhanced Plus range offers so you can be sure that I’m going to keep this daily ritual going.
