I wanted to tell you all about my nail journey over the past few years as I’ve finally reached a point where I’m 100% happy with my nails. I’ve been going to The Beauty Parlour for around 7 years now and their professionalism and skill only improves. There are so many reasons why I love this nail salon. The first thing I adore about this nail salon is the personal service. Over the years, Chloe has memorised exactly how I like my nails from the shape to the shade and she has got my French manicure down to a fine art. The Beauty Parlour treat clients like friends and together we have celebrated so many life events, putting the world to rights with a cup of tea (or a seasonal spiced latte).
What’s more, the booking process is so easy. They use Fresha so you can see availability over the month and amend your booking quickly online. Absolute game changer. This salon always has my go-to colours in stock and work their magic at super speed so you don’t have to spend hours getting your nails done on a busy workday.
The salon itself is really cosy with instagrammable touches everywhere. It’s gorgeous and girly and feels like home.
The biggest change has been the introduction of builder gel. My nails were struggling to get through seven days without chipping but now we use a builder gel under my colour and now I have chip-free nails for two weeks or more. I also love that the only thing I’m going to get sold is something I genuinely need. To anyone who’s been hustled at the counter for an overpriced cuticle oil you will know what I mean.
The Beauty Parlour is my go-to for manicures but they also do luxurious and relaxing pedicures not to mention fancy facials and one of the best hot stone massages I’ve ever tried. There are no gimmicks here, just impeccable service, premium quality products and fabulous staff.
