I recently experienced my first mindset coaching session and quite honestly, it surprised me in various ways. It made me realise how I went in with pre-conceived views and so I wanted to share with you a few factors that I found interesting.
1. You’re Not in Charge of a Narrative, Your Subconscious is
Before I did a mind coaching session, I thought I knew myself well enough to predict how I would feel during it. However, time and time again I was challenged by my answers to certain questions and I was forced to acknowledge the power of my subconscious and its effect on my day-to-day life.
