Hello, hello, so if you know me, you will know I’m fascinated by crystals but it wasn’t until I had a spiritual healing massage that incorporated crystals that I was inspired to purchase one for my home. I opted for Rose Quartz because my aim is to focus on love this year and for all love-related notions this is apparently THE crystal to kickstart your collection. Rose Quartz is a stone that is connected with self-love, romance and heart healing. It’s a stunning crystal and one that you can use to manifest an abundance of love into your life.
Here’s how to supercharge your manifestations with Rose Quartz:
Cleanse Your Crystal
If you have a sage stick, you can use this to cleanse your crystal before you manifest with it or you can simply run it underwater for a minute. When you buy a crystal online, for example, you don’t know where it originated or who has come into contact with it before it landed in your mailbox. Cleansing it assures that there are no negative energies connected to it.
Bathe in It
This is perhaps my favourite way to manifest something. You guys know I love a bathing ritual and soaking in a bath with Rose Quartz crystals in it is one way to supercharge your manifestation. Not all crystals are suited to being fully submerged in water but you can do this with Rose Quartz.
Drink it
One of the coolest ways to supercharge your intentions is to drink them. Really. So, label that bottle of water with exactly what you want to attract! You can do this for any manifestation, success, wealth but also true love. Another way to do this is to leave a sphere of Rose Quartz in a jug of water by your bed and drink it upon awakening.
Sleep on it
We all know that the placement of your crystals is very important. If it’s love you specifically want to manifest this year, place one rose quartz crystal under your bed or sleep with it under your pillow. Place another in the furthermost right corner to your front door.

When to Manifest
One of the most powerful times to manifest a new relationship is on a new moon (the next one is on November the 4th). A new moon is all about new beginnings, a fresh start.
