Attending blogger events has really become a rarity for me over the last two years, creating a small human comes with a million highlights, but a slight tinge of FOMO as I can no longer hop on a train to London at the drop of a hat or in fact do anything after 6pm without bribing someone to sit with a baby monitor and a glass of fizz in my living room. This means I’m a lot more selective when it comes to the events that I attend which fortunately for me means a lot less of standing awkwardly in a room of strangers with a glass of prosecco and a lot more of networking with brands that I’m actually passionate about.
This event was hosted by eShores, a brand that specialises in luxury multi-centre holidays and we all gathered in Lambert’s Yard to discover what they are all about and in particular their America multi-city trips. It doesn’t take a lot to convince me to holiday in the USA so I needed little persuasion to spend an evening sipping on San Francisco themed cocktails, eating from an LA themed menu and being entertained by a Las Vegas magician.
I’ve been to some of the USA’s biggest cities and some of it’s smallest states but there are so many more to tick off my travel bucket list. While I go to America annually, I’ve still only seen 8 of the 50 states. I’ve jetted off to Boston, LA, Miami, Vegas, Rhode Island, Fort Lauderdale, New York and New Jersey to name a few but San Francisco is still very much on my list of places to see. So I was excited to get a small taste of that city as well as Los Angeles and Las Vegas (which I happened to be exploring the very next weekend) and get some tips from the travel professionals at eShores.
Before I let you in on a few highlights from the event, let me just give you an idea of who eShores are and how they stand out from the rest of the travel companies out there. Based in Rochdale, eShores enhance your travel experience right from the start by dedicating each customer with their very own consultant who will advise you on planning the perfect trip and any other trips you take in the future.
Our event started with drinks crafted by a talented mixologist who whipped up some San Fran themed cocktails. A few introductions and a few pornstar martinis later and we were all encouraged to take our seats for dinner which was a luxurious affair with a delicious three-course menu not to mention some fancy wine pairings.
Our evening was brought to a close with some enchanting magic tricks from Las vegas magician Sebastian Walton.
This was without a doubt the highlight of the night as well as getting the chance to chat to the lovely Gavin from eShores about the best shows to see for my upcoming Vegas trip.
The lovely team at eShores kindly provided me with a discount code to get £100 of any multi-city trip booked with me to share with my readers so if you are considering a little USA adventure, be sure to quote “USA/LeedsEvent” when booking with them.
Have you ever done a multi-city trip? How many states have you visited in America? Leave me your answer in the comments!
