With pumpkins still piled up in porches and perched on windowsills, today is the perfect time to celebrate black. In the words of Wednesday addams, I’ll stop wearing black when they invent a darker colour. If you love all black ensembles, you are going to be delighted with this post.
First up is the perfect pair of black trousers. I love digging out my favourite Paige leather coated jeans at this time of year but I’m debating whether or not to add this stunning pair of velvet jeans to my collection. Can you really have too many pairs of black jeans?
This season’s IT bag for me is the hoop leather backpack by See By Chloe in black naturally. It’s a great every day option. I’ve always loved Chloe bags, for me, you just can’t beat quality leather and timeless style.
I’m on the hunt for a new winter coat to wear with my leather gloves and oh my days this shearling Reiss one is divine. It’s actually quite reasonable price wise and is a bargain compared with the All Saints one. I have a black cape and a casual jacket but I need something a little more stylish and cosy for the colder months.
New season, new fragrance? This Tom Ford bottle would look perfect on my dressing table.
What’s that? Oh it just THE SKIRT OF DREAMS from Balmain. This is going straight on the Christmas list in case I actually save any money before xmas or someone that loves me wins the lottery. It’s beyond pricey but I’d sell my left kidney for it if I got the chance.
Let’s talk boots. Every winter I invest in a pair of wear with everything black leather boots. This season I’ve picked these stunners from Ted Baker. They are so so comfy and I walked around London in them all last week and came home blister free. Hello sexy rose gold accents. They have rose gold toes, soles and heel details that catch the light when you walk. I got so many complements on these at a blog event I went to that they are truly my new fave investment.
Lastly, I spied this lovely black leather Gucci belt which I’d love to find under the tree *hint hint*. It’s ideal to update your favourite looks.
