With a heat wave on the way I can’t help but get a little bit giddy. Summer is my favourite season and although the idea of skipping off to a festival does intrigue me, this year Glastonbury collides with my Vegas trip. In all honesty, I’ve never been able to pull off festival chic with ease. I applaud anyone who can do all that dancing and drinking armed with only a face wipe and a can of dry shampoo. Kate Moss I salute you! However, that doesn’t mean I haven’t got the perfect outfit inspiration for those that have fully fledged festival fever.
This year, I’ve found some fabulous festival pieces from Joules, a British brand, including the perfect little striped summer dress and the most adorable pair of wellies. These navy wellies are a superb Hunters alternative and they are half the price! I already have a satchel like this in brown but a girl can never have too many bags. The raincoat is perfect for the unpredictable British weather and will come in handy should you be caught in an unexpected downpour.
