This month’s brand to watch is Greenwood Organics, creator of coveted cruelty free skincare. The lovely Zoe kindly sent me some Greenwood goodies to try and I’m more than a little bit giddy about the results. I’ve been using the Juniper and Papaya exfoliator for a few weeks now and my face has never been smoother. It’s made with fruit enzymes and smells divine.
On first glance, I was a tad disappointed as I like a scrub that has quite prominent grains and I could tell from the creamy consistency that this would be quite gentle. However, once I put this product to the test, I was delighted to discover that it did what it says on the tin. My skin looked brighter and felt smoother after just one application and it is now part of my weekly beauty regime. Now for my favourite product, the sage and jojoba cleanser. I would never have picked a cleanser with sage in it myself before but this product has totally changed my mind. Once again I can’t say nice enough things about the scent of this cleanser. Like the exfoliator, the pot is small but you don’t need a lot for this powerful potion to work its magic. It leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean without drying it out. The best thing? It’s totally organic. These are salon quality products that you can use at home. Fancy trying something new? Give Greenwood Organics a whirl. It’s £20 for a 50ml tub of the exfoliator and £16 for the cleanser. The Jasmine and White Clay mask is next on my list of products to try. What do you think of organic skincare?
